I have been to Costa Rica four times and my favorite spot there is Playa Grande. I had the best waves of my life the last time I went there in the end of June and the beginning of July in 2007. Everyday was about head high with offshore winds and some days were even double overhead with offshore winds.

My Mom, Dad, and Brother support me a lot in contest and free surfing. Another family that supports me a lot also is the Roper family. Mr. Roper has driven me many places and filmed a lot of video. Mrs. Roper supports me in my surfing and always gives me something to smile about. Frank is an influence to me because we compete against each other and are good friends. He pushes me in my surfing. Not only does Frank help me progress, but also all of my friends that i surf with.

I always talk to my friends a lot about how good my fins are or what kind of new products are in Ground Swell and where they can purchase them. Every contest I go to I wear one of my sponsors shirt to promote the surf shop and Futures, I have a lot of friends that surf and they always ask where I get my surf clothing or accessories or fins and I will always tell them to go to Ground Swell to buy some fins or clothing or whatever they are looking for.
